TEDxUCR is the official TEDx program at the University of California, Riverside.
Organized by students in collaboration with faculty and the wider community, TEDxUCR creates a platform for sharing powerful ideas that inspire curiosity, creativity, and meaningful dialogue.
Through curated talks and events, TEDxUCR highlights voices from across disciplines, including science, technology, the arts, culture, leadership, and social innovation, bringing together the intellectual and creative energy of the UCR community.
What is TEDx?
TEDx is a global program of independently organized events that bring the spirit of TED’s mission, “ideas worth spreading”, to communities around the world.
Under a TED license, TEDx events are locally organized gatherings where speakers share original ideas through short, impactful talks.
TEDxUCR follows TED’s content and production guidelines while creating programming that reflects the diversity and innovation of the UC Riverside community.
Get Involved with TEDxUCR
TEDxUCR is a student-led organization powered by a team of passionate students who collaborate to design and produce each event.
Students interested in storytelling, event production, design, media, marketing, and partnerships are encouraged to join the team.
Participation in TEDxUCR offers valuable leadership experience while contributing to an event that brings meaningful ideas to the broader university community.
